Eva is a seasoned professional with L´Oréal having worked across various positions in the Marketing and Communication domain. During the last 10 years, EVA has worked across geographies in positions related but not limited to mainly Digital Transformation, Digital Branding, Public Relations etc.
Eva also was the Global CMO and CDO of Famosa Toys where her main challenges included the internationalizing and digital transformation of the company.
With over 2 decades of experiences in the luxury, beauty and toy sector, EVA´s confidence and expertise have held her in good stead and allowed her to work out of her comfort zone, leading various new projects across her stints.
Currently, she is an avid children YouTuber with over 800.000 subscribers and more than 350Mio views worldwide. She entered the YouTube world 3 years ago creating content for her child with special needs and has now transformed that hobby into a full-time time job and a growing business.
EVA has also been lecturing at various International Business schools and acts as a digital consultant and advisor for different companies and Startups.
Eva has a business degree from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and advanced digital training in different fields (Digital Seminar from Harvard University, Programmatic certificate by IAB amongst others)
Ilya Kretov is the General Manager for Russia, Israel and Emerging Europe at eBay. He was appointed to this role in November 2016. Previously, Kretov held the position of Deputy General Manager, Marketing, Russia and Emerging Europe. He joined eBay in 2013 as the company’s Marketing Director. Prior to that, Ilya worked for Google and Mars. He has been working in marketing for more than 10 years. He managed to obtain a huge experience in Brand Development working with numerous Western companies. Kretov is also a lecturer in marketing at the RMA business school.
