Andrea Marchiotto is an eCommerce and Content Marketing expert with more than ten years of experience in eCommerce, currently working in a strategic role as Senior Global eCommerce Manager – Head of Foods at Unilever.
Previously, he was responsible for Online Direct-to-Consumer business models as Senior Co-Creation Manager for the Foods category. Within this role he successfully led the DTC ideation agenda in our top markets, co-founded three start-up projects involving cross-functional teams and constantly scanned the category e-commerce landscape to find successful e-business models and drive UL visibility within the space.
Prior to Unilever, for more than 6 years, Andrea was one of the Amazonians who built and launched Amazon.it. During this time, he managed the most important page on site, the Home page Gateway, coordinated and led the three most important sales events of Amazon Italy and Spain – Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday – achieving the biggest day sales of the year repeatedly (in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016); and talking about big numbers, he transformed the Deals project growing it from 0 to a double digit million dollars program in only two years.
Sean McCarry has had a career for over 20 years in leading enterprise software organisations to deliver business value to the retail, manufacturing, finance and government sectors. Focused on accelerating revenues by creating strong, scalable sales teams and compelling market propositions in e-commerce, digital transformation, business process and cloud solutions. Sean also attended Harvard Business School – Program for Executive Leadership Development in 2009. He is now Director of Sales for Magento Commerce, an Adobe company.

In March of 2017, Guy Bar-Ner joined Flying Cargo as a Director of the Flying Group group of companies and as CEO of Flying Cargo e-Commerce. Flying Cargo is the largest Logistics/Supply Chain company in Israel and Flying Cargo e-Commerce is the leading company in Israel providing Supply Chain solutions in the BTC area.
Before Joining Flying Cargo, Guy spent 20 years working in Intel in various roles ranging from Logistics, Planning and Sales and Marketing. These roles included responsibility for all of Intel's Transportation activities in EMEA, WW Director of Intel's Manufacturing Planning, WW Director of Intel's Channel Planning, Director of Israel Sales & Marketing, Director of Intel’s Southern Europe Sales and Director of Intel's WW IOT Channel Sales.
Guy has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies from the Hebrew University, a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University and an Executive MBA from Georgia Tech University.
