As part of her position, Nativ is responsible for marketing and formulating the company's long-term strategy. As part of the plotting out of the strategy, Nativ is entrusted with the development of the company's marketing activities, with an emphasis on channels infractures and furthering digital marketing and sales to CAL's private and business customers.
In her last position, Nativ served as V.P. Marketing for the Nu-Pharm chain, and prior to that, as the V.P. Marketing at Toys" R" Us Israel, and also served as Business Development Manager at Unilever.
Nativ holds a BA in Business Administration from Darby University, and is a graduate of Advertising and Marketing from Baruch College in New York.
Oded Salomy leads a team that looks after Visa’s business partners in Israel, including issuers and acquirers of Visa cards, retailers, regulators, early stage technology companies and other members of the Israel tech ecosystem. His role is to bridge between stakeholders in Israel with Visa Business Units, to maintain leadership locally and to introduce new services to make Visa more efficient and productive for its client and stakeholders. Oded is critical to implementing Visa Europe’s strategy of displacing cash and checks with Visa payment methods in Israel, along with maintaining client satisfaction, innovation and partnership for growth opportunities.
As the head of Visa’s Tel Aviv Innovation Center, Oded leads engagement with early stage and other technology players with a view to identifying and working with new technologies that will impact Visa and its value chain. In this capacity Oded also leads innovation-oriented engagement with Visa clients from multiple markets who seek innovation solutions in Tel Aviv.
Mr. Salomy is an executive with a strong history of relationship management and business development across a wide range of services and products. He has worked both in the U.S. and in Israel, and has been with Visa since 2010.
Prior to joining Visa, Oded spent eight years with high technology companies, including a startup that he founded, providing mobile payment solutions and multiple other services in taxicabs.
Having was raised in the U.S.A. and obtained his BA with honors from Harvard University. Oded is President Emeritus of the Harvard Club of Israel, an alumni association with over 1,000 graduates. In addition, Oded obtained his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an Editor of The Law Review.
Oded is married to Keren and is the father of three children.
He is fluent in Hebrew and English.
Globerman, TV Presenter, Musician and one of Israel's leading technology and culture journalists, has served as a reporter for leading newspaper Maariv for over 10 years and as TV correspondent on Israel's top-rated Channel Two T.V. news, covering Israel's hi-tech and internet industries.
Today, Globerman is the co-host of a biweekly T.V. program on Top Rated Channel Two, and is the editor of Digital and Technology news for Mako, a leading Israeli news online website.

Itamar Benedy is General Manager Israel, VP Strategy & Apps at glispa, a Berlin-headquartered digital company. Managing ad tech M&A activities at Market Tech, he led glispa’s acquisition, opened its Israeli office and heads it now. Also, Itamar is focused on glispa’s key partnerships, M&A, and app incubation project. Prior to glispa, he served as VP Marketing at Sport.com and Yoga.com, leading the user acquisition, monetization and analytics teams. Itamar is a frequent speaker at conferences, serves as a mentor in several incubators, and holds a BSc in Computer Science, Magna Cum Laude from IDC.
Lior lives and breathes digital media in all its forms. In her 8 years working at Universal McCann Digital she has filled a variety of roles – Media Planner, Team Leader and VP Clients, her current position. In addition, Lior leads the Programmatic Buying, Analysis and BI teams.
